Legal Notice

Last updated: August 18, 2026 · Preliminary version

Preliminary document, pending review by local legal counsel in each jurisdiction. Cauce is a product of Digital Economy Lab. Cauce is a software provider: it verifies compliance and leaves an auditable trail before each credit decision. It does not hold or move funds, does not lend on its own account, and does not make the credit decision.

1. Site ownership

cauceia.com is owned by Ravil Akhtyamov, responsible for Digital Economy Lab («DEL») and its product Cauce. Operational hub: Ecuador. Contact: [email protected].

2. Nature of the service

Cauce is a software layer for compliance verification and auditable trails in credit. It is not a financial institution, is not subject to authorisation as one, and does not carry out activities reserved to supervised entities. The lending institution retains the credit decision and its regulatory obligations.

3. No offer and no advice

The content of this site and its interactive prototype is informational and demonstrative. It does not constitute a credit offer, a pre-qualification, an investment recommendation, or financial, legal, accounting or compliance advice. Actual provision of the service will be governed by a separate commercial agreement.

4. Figures, metrics and projections

Market figures (total addressable market, potential number of lenders, share of SMEs invisible to the bureau) are estimates based on public sources and our own assumptions. Verification times and other quantities flagged as targets are product goals, not contractual commitments. CACE-Bench results are obtained on synthetic cases with a reproducible run and do not guarantee identical production performance.

5. Product stage

Cauce is in a preparatory and pilot stage. The features described may change, be delayed or never be implemented. Statements about future developments are forward-looking and are not commitments as to availability or timing.

6. Third-party trademarks and mentions

Third-party names and trademarks appearing on the site — Open Banking and data providers, supervisory authorities and platforms — belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for reference, to describe integrations, ecosystem or regulatory context. Such mention does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or recommendation by those owners.

7. External links

The site may link to third-party resources (code repositories, scientific publication repositories, provider websites). We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for it; their use is governed by their own terms.

8. Intellectual property

The design, texts, software, the «Cauce» brand and the site documentation are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. CACE-Bench is published under its own open licence in the corresponding repository.

9. Applicable law

This notice is governed by the law applicable in the user's country of residence, without prejudice to Ecuadorian law applicable to the operational hub. See also the Terms of Service.
